Ramban, July 15 (KNO): A man was killed after a shooting stone hit his car on the Jammu-Srinagar National Highway near Ramban on Wednesday, officials said.<\/p>\n

An official told the news agency\u2014Kashmir News Observer (KNO) that the man was returning home after dropping another person in Ramban town when a boulder rolled down from a hillside and struck his vehicle near Trishul Morh.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
He said the man was immediately rescued from the vehicle and shifted to the District Hospital Ramban, where doctors declared him brought dead.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
The deceased was later identified as Mohammad Iqbal Tantray, a resident of Seri village in Ramban district.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
