He stated that grassroots level institutions, including District Development Councils (DDCs) and Block Development Councils (BDCs), have become functional, empowering local representatives.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cStatehood will also be restored as assured by the PM and Home Minister,\u201d Sinha said, reiterating the Centre\u2019s stated position on the matter.
