{"id":93768,"date":"2026-01-29T14:12:18","date_gmt":"2026-01-29T08:42:18","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.khushalekashmir.com\/?p=93768"},"modified":"2026-01-29T14:12:18","modified_gmt":"2026-01-29T08:42:18","slug":"brother-killed-another-injured-in-pattan-road-accident","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.khushalekashmir.com\/index.php\/2026\/01\/29\/brother-killed-another-injured-in-pattan-road-accident\/","title":{"rendered":"Brother Killed, Another Injured in Pattan Road Accident"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Pattan, Jan 29: A man died and his brother was injured after a truck collided with their vehicle in north Kashmir\u2019s Pattan area on Thursday morning, officials said.<\/p>\n<p>An official told news agency Kashmir News Service, that the accident occurred at Hyderbeigh when a truck (registration number JK03E 8418), traveling from Srinagar to Baramulla, collided with an Eco vehicle (JK04H 7988) coming from the opposite direction.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The driver of the Eco, identified as Javid Ahmad Najar, son of Ghulam Nabi Najar of Hygam, died in the collision, an official said<\/p>\n<p>His brother, Rayees Ahmad, who was also in the vehicle, sustained injuries and was rushed to a nearby hospital before being referred to JVC Hospital in Srinagar for further treatment, the official added.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile, Police said a case has been registered at Pattan Police Station and an investigation is underway.\u2013(KNS)<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Pattan, Jan 29: A man died and his brother was injured after a truck collided with their vehicle in north Kashmir&rsquo;s Pattan area on Thursday morning, officials said.
