The constable, who was inside at the time, could not be rescued and was charred to death.<\/p>\n<p>The body was later shifted to the District Hospital Bandipora for medico-legal formalities, after which it will be sent to his native place.<\/p>\n<p>The deceased has been identified as Ramesh Kumar, a resident of Jalandhar, Punjab.
