Locals said the boy accidentally slipped into the water and could not be saved in time.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>He was retrieved and rushed to a nearby health facility, where doctors declared him dead on arrival.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The sudden death of the minor has left the family and residents of the locality deeply distressed.
