\nSpeaking on the occasion, the Chief Secretary lauded Shafi\u2019s unwavering dedication, calling him an upright official known for his punctuality and ever smiling demeanour. He remarked that officials like Shafi leave a lasting impression and are fondly remembered by other colleagues. He extended his best wishes for Shafi\u2019s health, happiness, and success post retirement life.
\nSeveral officers and colleagues also expressed their appreciation for Shafi\u2019s long and distinguished service.
