{"id":85445,"date":"2025-01-13T23:28:50","date_gmt":"2025-01-13T17:58:50","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.khushalekashmir.com\/?p=85445"},"modified":"2025-01-13T23:28:50","modified_gmt":"2025-01-13T17:58:50","slug":"acb-registers-da-case-against-retired-se-rb","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.khushalekashmir.com\/index.php\/2025\/01\/13\/acb-registers-da-case-against-retired-se-rb\/","title":{"rendered":"ACB registers DA case against retired SE, R&#038;B"},"content":{"rendered":"<hr \/>\n<p>Srinagar, Jan 13 (KNO): Jammu and Kashmir Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) on Monday said to have registered a Disproportionate Assets (DA) case against the retired Superintending Engineer of PWD (R&amp;B).<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Jammu and Kashmir Anti Corruption Bureau conducted a verification into the allegation that Riyaz Ahmad Parray, retired Superintending Engineer PWD (R&amp;B), resident of Hygam Baramulla has amassed huge assets, by indulging in corrupt practices,&#8221; a statement issued to the news agency\u2014Kashmir News Observer (KNO) reads.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The verification revealed that the suspect public servant during service period has acquired properties in shape of immovable\/movable at Hygam, Srinagar, Jammu and Delhi and has also made huge investments\/expenditures which are disproportionate to his known sources of income, the statement reads.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;It was found during probe that the accused public servant has intentionally enriched himself illicitly during the period of his office &amp; the expenditures incurred and the value of assets acquired\/raised by the accused during service period have been found prima facie disproportionate to his known sources of income.
