Many parents believe this process is unnecessary and creates undue pressure on both children and their families.<\/p>\n<p>While talking to Gulistan News, Director of School Education Kashmir Dr. Tassaduq Hussain addressed the grievances of parents, stating that the National Education Policy(NEP) prohibits conducting interviews with children.<\/p>\n<p>Dr. Tasaduq clarified, \u201cIf any school is engaging in such practices, they are likely interacting with parents instead.
