He acknowledged the shortage of staff in hospitals and assured that the vacancies would be filled soon.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt has been observed that several hospitals are operating with less staff than required. We are committed to fulfilling these vacancies in the coming days,&#8221; he said.<\/p>\n<p>Dar said there is a need for a holistic developmental approach across various sectors, including health, agriculture, horticulture and infrastructure. \u201cDevelopmental works, whether completing ongoing projects or initiating new ones, need to be expedited. Public awareness of government schemes is equally crucial,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n<p>The minister clarified that while there is no fixed timeline for the regularisation of employees, the process is underway. \u201cRegularisation is already in progress and will be addressed accordingly,\u201d he assured.<\/p>\n<p>Responding to queries about the delayed Mazbug Bridge near Sopore\u2019s Fruit Mandi, Javed Dar expressed concern over the inconvenience caused to residents. \u201cI don\u2019t know why the work was delayed, but I assure you it will be completed in the coming months to ease the hardships faced by people,\u201d he said, adding that follow-ups are essential to ensure project completion.<\/p>\n<p>The minister also highlighted the issue of projects that remain incomplete on the ground despite being marked as finished on paper. \u201cThis needs to change. Representatives have a crucial role in ensuring accountability and execution at the grassroots level,\u201d he remarked.<\/p>\n<p>He reiterated that the restoration of statehood to Jammu and Kashmir was a priority for the government. \u201cStatehood restoration is a public demand, and the government is actively working on it.
