Sopore, 11 Nov. 2024:The Sopore Police held a District Level Police Conference today at the Conference Hall of PC Sopore, chaired by SP Sopore, Smt. Divya D-IPS.<\/p>\n
The conference was attended by key senior officers, including ASP Sopore Shri. Mir Murtaza-JKPS, SDPO Sopore Shri. Sarfaraz Bashir-JKPS, SDPO Rafiabad Shri. Aabid Rashid Mir-JKPS, DySP DAR Sopore Shri. Dr. Hilal Ahmad Hilal-JKPS, DySP PC Wadoora Shri. Khursheed Rasool, along with all SHOs, IC PP’s, and IOs.<\/p>\n
The meeting primarily focused on conducting an impact assessment and baseline study of the recommendations made during the DGsP\/IGsP Conference-2023. The objective was to evaluate the current status, awareness, and effectiveness of these recommendations in Police District Sopore, particularly in relation to surveillance and operational preparedness.<\/p>\n
In addition, the conference explored the integration of advanced technologies, including Artificial Intelligence (AI), to enhance operational efficiency, improve crime prevention strategies, and address emerging criminal activities more effectively.<\/p>\n
Officers were directed to prioritize the ground-level implementation of these recommendations and were tasked with preparing detailed reports addressing their progress.
