Srinagar, October 21: Prominent political leader Vivek Bali has strongly condemned the recent militant attack in Gagangeer, Ganderbal, which tragically claimed the lives of seven individuals, including five non-locals. The attack, targeting laborers and staff working on a tunnel construction project, has underscored the grave threat faced by civilians, especially non-locals, in the Kashmir Valley.<\/p>\n
In a statement issued here on today, Bali expressed his deep sorrow and condolences to the families of the victims, calling the attack a “despicable act of cowardice.” He appealed to the government to provide immediate financial assistance to the family of the deceased and each injured person in best possible way.<\/p>\n
Bali emphasized the urgent need for the government to prioritize the safety and security of non-locals working in the Kashmir Valley, particularly in vulnerable areas. He also demanded that all injured individuals should get the best possible treatment.<\/p>\n
