Uri:- Security forces on Wednesday claimed that they have recovered huge cache of arms and ammunition from forests of Anganpathri area of Uri sector In North Kashmir’s Baramulla district.
Officials told that a joint team of Police and army during searches recovered arms and ammunition from a hollow tree covered in blanket in forests of Anganpathri Uri.
The arms and ammunition recovered are three AK-47 rifles, eleven AK Magazines, 292 rounds of AK, one UBGL, 9 UBGL grenades and two hand grenades.
Meanwhile, police have registered a case in this regard and investigation are underway.
