Ramban, Dec 30: A missing youth, identified as Umer Yaseen from Nowgam, Srinagar, was tragically found dead in a deep gorge at Digdool, Ramban, on Monday evening.
Officials reported that the body was discovered along with a Thar vehicle, marking the end of a week-long search. Upon receiving the information, police teams, along with the SDRF and QRT Ramban, rushed to the site to retrieve the body and vehicle.
The youth had been missing for a week, raising concerns among his family and community. Authorities have taken cognizance of the incident, and an investigation into the circumstances surrounding the tragic event is underway.
